How do I log in to Finticx for the first time?
When the Workspace Admin adds you as a user, you will receive an invitation email. Follow the link in the email to set your password and access the platform. If you have not received an invitation, contact your Workspace Admin.
What are the different user roles and what can each role do?
There are four roles in the Wealth Reporting Module: Admin (Workspace & Module) — full access including user management and settings; Contributor — can create and edit data; Viewer — can view input data but cannot edit it; Consumer — report access only, with no visibility into the underlying data tables.
How do I invite a new user?
Navigate to Admin Center → Access Management and click Add New User. Enter the user's name and email address. The user will receive an invitation email to join your workspace. The number of users you can invite depends on your subscription plan.
How do I restrict what a user can see?
You can control access in two ways. A Data Role limits which families and entities a user can see. A Report Role limits which reports a user can access. Both are configured under Admin Center → Access Management. After assigning roles, run a full report refresh in the Process Monitor for changes to take effect.
How do I apply my company's branding to Finticx?
Workspace Admins can upload a logo and customise the colour palette under Admin Center → Settings. The recommended logo size is around 1024 × 700 pixels. You can adjust the navigation bar colour, accent colour, and up to six report colours.
