My report refresh has failed. What should I do?
If a refresh fails, none of the data updates will appear in the report. In most cases, failures are caused by temporary system issues. Contact Finticx Support by raising a ticket on the Contact page in the User Menu.
I cannot see a family or entity in the reports. Why?
This is usually a permissions issue. Check that your Data Role includes access to the relevant family or entity. Changes to data roles require a full report refresh to take effect. If you believe your access should be broader, contact your Workspace Admin or Module Admin.
I made changes to data but the reports still look the same.
Data changes are not reflected in reports until a Full Report Refresh has been completed via the Process Monitor. Click Refresh Now in the sidebar to trigger one.
